Information such as your public Facebook profile (consistent with your privacy settings on Facebook), your email address, interests, likes, gender, birthday, education history, relationship interests, current city, photos, personal description, and friend list will be collected and used.

You will also be asked to allow TEN to collect your location information from your device when you download or use the service. In addition, we may collect and store any personal information that you provide while using our service or in some other manner. This may include identifying information such as your name, address, email and telephone number, and, if you transact business with us, financial information.

As a user, you may also provide photos, a personal description and information about your gender and preferences for recommendations, such as search distance, age range, gender, and rating range. If you chat with other TEN users, then you are providing us with the content of your chats, and if you contact us with an inquiry of any sort, then you provide us with the content of that communication also.

Information collected is done so automatically. We automatically collect information from your browser or device when you visit our service. This information could include your IP address, device ID and type, browser type and language, operating system used by your device, access times and your geographic location while our application is running.

Information that is shared with other users will come from your TEN profile. Your TEN profile will be viewable by other users of the Service. Other users will be able to view information that you have provided to us directly or through Facebook. If you swipe right or say “yes” to a person, you will gain the opportunity to message that person. If you message your match, they will be able to see the content of the message/chat.

We do not share your personal information with others except as indicated in this Privacy Policy.

We may share information with service providers. Such information includes personal and financial information to fulfill orders, provide customer service, tracking and analytics, member screening and other features through our service.
